Power electronics training,
designed for your team.

We translate decades of industrial experience into formats your engineers actually use. Bespoke programmes, never a generic slide deck. We work on your topology, your standards and your real boards.

Three formats,
one engagement.

Depending on your team's maturity and the time you can invest, training takes one of three shapes. The same engagement applies to all three: deliver work whose detail holds up under scrutiny.

01

Custom programmes

A program built around your team's maturity, your products and your standards. We start from the gap between where your engineers are and where they need to be, then design the path that closes it.

  • Tailored to your team's maturity
  • On your topology, your standards
  • Theory grounded in practice
  • Worked exercises on your real designs
  • Documentation kept by the team
  • Q&A continuity after the sessions
02

Intensive workshops

Focused one-to-three-day sessions on a single topic. Wide-bandgap power devices, worst-case analysis methodology, EMC pre-screening, full DC-DC converter design, pick the topic, we design the deep dive.

  • One to three intensive days
  • One topic, real depth
  • Up to twelve attendees
  • Hands-on lab sessions
  • On-site or at our workshop
  • Reusable lecture notes
03

Long-term mentoring

Recurring half-days or days, aligned with your project roadmap. We sit with your engineers on their actual problems, design reviews, simulation strategy, characterization plans, qualification dossiers. Continuity matters more than volume.

  • Recurring half-days or days
  • Aligned with your roadmap
  • Project-anchored, not theoretical
  • Design reviews on your boards
  • Coaching on critical decisions
  • Continuity over months or years

What we can teach.

The programme is organized around four main technical areas. There is no fixed curriculum: content depth, order, and practical exercises are adapted to the team’s maturity level and to the products currently under development.

Power conversion design

The core craft of building a converter end-to-end: topology selection, magnetics, control loops, modulation, soft-switching. From low-voltage point-of-load to bridge converters and resonant stages.

Components & gate drive

Choosing and driving silicon, SiC and GaN devices in real designs. Reading datasheets and SOA, dimensioning the gate-drive chain, managing dead-time, protections and reliability margins.

Methodology & verification

The work that turns a clever idea into a defensible design: SPICE simulation, worst-case analysis, derating in practice, sensitivity studies, reproducible run archives.

Thermal, EMC & qualification

The system-level concerns that decide whether a board passes or fails: thermal budgets and hot-spot analysis, EMC pre-screening, and the qualification dossiers that come with serious deliverables.

Senior engineers,
not slide decks.

Each training is led by us or one of our senior partners. The program is co-designed with your technical lead to focus on real engineering decisions, not a generic curriculum. All delivery is done by senior experts only, with no subcontracting or junior trainers.
